We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If you wish, you may place an order and send a check or money order. Merely fill out Imperious' Online Order Form, look at the tax chart, add shipping cost, and mail in your total payment. Imperious Publishing believes your personal information-including your email, residential address, phone number, and credit card information are private and it belongs to you. We collect this type of information to better serve you and provide you with expedient customer care.

Do you offer any discounts on my purchases?
Absolutely. When you purchase all five books from Imperious Publishing you will receive the five books at a discounted cost of 30% off the retail price. In addition, your U.S. shipping costs are included in the price. So shipping is FREE. Please look at the discounted price on the Online Order Form for the total discount when you purchase ALL five titles.

When will my item(s) be shipped?
Unless otherwise noted, your items will be shipped the next business day after you place your order through our webpage or through our call center.

How long does it take to ship my order?
When placing your order, you can chose which shipping method works best for you.
Media Mail: Free/ We pay for the shipping. 5-18 days
United States Postal Mail First Class Mail: 3-7 days
United States Postal Priority Mail: 2-4 days but not guaranteed.
United States Overnight Mail: Guaranteed, 1 day
FedEx Overnight: 1 day
All of the above shipping methods will use a tracking number. This way you will know when your package is en route and feel more comfortable about receiving your order.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes. All books sold on our web page and by way of the call center are sold as a final sale (no returns are permitted). If the book/books is/are damaged upon arrival, we will first ask you to return the damaged book. However, there is a restocking fee of 15%. You will receive a refund in this case minus the 15% restocking fee. If we ship the wrong item, we will also replace it promptly. You will have to notify us via email: Contact Us. Within the body of your email you must state the title of the book you wish to order, the book you received, the order number of your original order, and the book you wish to purchase. We will generate a return order number for you. Upon receipt of the book, you will receive your requested book and the returned difference if applicable. If there is an amount which is owed to Imperious Publishing because the requested novel/book  costs more than the book you were charged for, we will request the difference before the book is shipped out. This will be done by way of a credit card payment.

Will you notify me of my purchase?
All customers who purchase our books will receive a confirmation number when their item ships. You must provide us with an email address in order to be notified.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
We are responsible by law to collect a sales tax.

Will I receive a signed copy of my books?
If you wish to receive a signed copy of Sunshine Has Rain and/or The Ten Year Date, please add $5.00 to your order per book. If you wish to receive a signed copy of any of the Dr. Buzzard Book Collection, please include an additional $3.75 per book

What are the benefits of adding my name to your mailing list?
When you add your email contact information, we will be able to inform you of book signing events, new publishing releases, press releases regarding our publications, promotional events, and more. We would love to keep you in the loop about Imperious Publishing.

Can I purchase your books through my local bookstores or get a copy from my library?
Yes you can. Sunshine Has Rain, The Ten Year Date, and The Dr. Buzzard Book Collection are sold at all major bookstores and "mom and pop" bookstores as well. If you cannot find our titles at your local bookstore, or your local library branch, just ask them to order our titles. The ISBN is not always necessary to get a book in your retail book sellers store or library. You just need to know the complete name of the novel or book and the author's name. Please go back to our web page and record the title of the book you wish to buy locally or borrow from your library.
You can always feel free to order the book of your choice on our web page. The ordering method is always secure and media mail shipment is always free.

Are the chapters in Sunshine Has Rain and The Ten Year Date based on Sherrance Henderson's personal experience?
Yes. Sherrance Henderson has taken portions of her life and has written about it in her books. She shares with her audience the evolution of her fortune and misfortunes. However, her novels are 80% fiction in nature, so do not look into it too deeply. Enjoy her tales and learn from her stories.

How can I book Sherrance Henderson or Charm for an event?

Does Imperious Publishing accept submissions from authors/writers?
Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we cannot guarantee that unsolicited materials will be reviewed or returned to the sender. You may submit your manuscript, proposal or story ideas at your own risk/discretion. Please email the following. If you miss one part of this request you application for publishing consideration will be reject and your email will be deleted.
You must include your full name and address. You must attach your professional resume, the first 50 pages of your work and an outline of your Galley or manuscript.

How long does it take to publish a book with Imperious Publishing?
The time it takes to publish a book with us varies, and depends on a number of contributing factors. Once the manuscript is completed and reviewed and it is determined that it is ready for production, a schedule will be created. The production schedule depends on the length of the book, the number of tables, graphs and/or art included, and the promptness of the response from contributing authors and editors. Typically, the process for a bound book of 250 pages takes approximately 8-12 months.
